Intraoral Camera

Our team regularly uses intraoral cameras to help patients better understand their smile and the concerns it’s facing. The process is simple – we’ll insert the camera-tipped wand into your mouth so that it can start transmitting highly detailed images right away to a monitor in the room. Then, our doctors will use the visual aid to point out certain areas of damage and explain possible treatment options as well. We want all of our patients to feel like full partners in their oral healthcare journey!

Digital X-Rays

X-rays are an essential part of quality dentistry, and our team uses digital radiography as a much-improved upgrade over traditional film. This technology reduces radiation exposure by a significant margin and reduces the amount of time needed to develop images down to mere seconds – no darkroom required! We can even rotate and color-code them for educational purposes so that patients are able to better understand what they’re seeing on the screen.

Nitrous Oxide Sedation

If thinking about visiting the dentist makes you nervous or outright fearful, sedation dentistry can provide a helping hand. Resnick & Rosenfeld DDS offers nitrous oxide (also known as laughing gas), which can calm your frazzled nerves and help you feel genuinely relaxed throughout your treatment process. Better yet, recovery from nitrous oxide only takes minutes and doesn’t require any significant downtime.
