Our office is firmly committed to preventing oral diseases and the subsequent medical problems that they, in turn, can cause. We do this by:

- Microscopic detection of the bacteria associated with periodontal disease.
- Self-care training.
- Sealants (clear resin shields) to prevent tooth decay.
- Judicious and selective use of various types and dosages of fluoride to prevent decay.
- Super-illuminated fiber optic diagnostic scopes that help us detect the presence of problems early in their formation.
- Caries-detecting solution to indicated areas of incipient decay.
